Kim has held roles with increasing responsibility with Scarborough for the past twenty years. She has held a leadership role in Scarborough’s Custom Analytics group since 2003. Kim is responsible for overseeing all custom research projects including overall project management, questionnaire development and cost estimates.

Prior to her leadership position in Analytics & Insights, Kim spent several years as Policies and Procedures Manager for Scarborough’s data processes where she had responsibility for defining and guiding execution of procedures for our syndicated research.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Abilene Christian University. Kim works out of her home office in Connecticut.

Scott joined Scarborough in 2007. He is responsible for the creation and analysis of all customized solutions at Scarborough as well as overseeing the syndicated research methodologies used by Scarborough. His custom research experience is global in nature and includes special emphasis in media, branding and customer experience research. His media research experience spans print, radio, broadcast and cable mediums.

Prior to joining Scarborough, Scott held senior research positions with Arbitron, Comcast, Simmons and Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS). His responsibilities throughout his career have included all facets of research operations including: solution design, sampling, data collection, instrument design, data processing, and reporting, as well as key account management and client services.

Scott holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Temple University. Scott resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife Denise along with his three adult children. He loves boating, fishing and making a fool of himself on the golf links. Scott works out of Scarborough’s New York City office.

Ron joined Scarborough in 2012 and is responsible for expanding client services with custom research applications. Ron’s team unlocks marketing insights from Scarborough's database of over 200,000 respondents annually by providing custom linkages to client databases and segmentation systems. Ron has over 20 years experience in over 200 local markets in the United States, Canada, and Great Britain.  He has considerable experience with advertising and media issues and has a keen understanding of how consumers will obtain news and advertising information in the future.

Prior to joining Scarborough, Ron was President of MORI Research where he acted as strategic consultant for media and advertising clients.  Client engagements often included finding and defending a distinct market niche for maximum profitability in a fragmented consumer world. Ron also held executive positions at Frank Magid Associates, Gallup, Market Strategies and Market Opinion Research.

Ron holds Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees from the University in Chicago with concentrations in Demography and Mass Communication Research. He is a noted public speaker and published writer.

Ron works in the Minneapolis office and when he isn’t working at keeping warm, he can be found at his cabin working on construction projects and hosting parties.
