As Vice President of Cable, Carol Edwards has one overriding goal: exceed the expectations of every cable client. Carol is the point person for customer satisfaction as well as the leader of the national cable sales team. Through Scarborough’s partnership with Arbitron, Carol directs sales and client service for the cable sector for both Scarborough and Arbitron.

Carol began her career at Arbitron as one of the first members of their cable team. She has served as an account executive and trainer, senior account manager and sales manager, and was promoted to lead the division as its vice president in 2001. During her tenure, she has grown the division and now more than 150 cable networks, MSOs, interconnects and cable systems in the U.S. rely on the business solutions provided by Arbitron Cable. These clients also utilize the extensive shopping, media, and lifestyle information provided by Scarborough to better understand consumers locally, regionally, and nationally.
