Debbie Morisie
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Debbie Morisie leads all of Scarborough’s human resources operations – from benefits, compensation and training to employee relations and organizational development – for the company’s 500+ employees in seven offices across the U.S.
Debbie has 20 years of experience in human resource management. She began her career with VNU, one of Scarborough’s partner companies. During her 16-year tenure with VNU, Debbie led human resources for several of the global conglomerate’s businesses, including Spectra, IMS, Trade Dimensions, Scarborough Research and VNU MIS Corporate. Debbie joined Scarborough full-time in 2000 and established the human resources department for the company.
Under her leadership, Scarborough launched Scarborough University, a training program which provides cross-functional education to employees about all aspects of the research business as well as different specialties within the company. In 2004, she also established Scarborough’s health and welfare employee benefit programs for Scarborough employees.
Debbie has a degree in business administration from the New York Institute of Technology. She has a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
