David Reifer
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

David Reifer directs all of Scarborough's financial operations. His professional career began in 1986 and shortly thereafter (1990) he joined VNU, one of Scarborough's parent companies, as Sr. Financial Analyst. Since that time, David has held increasingly more responsible roles at both VNU and Scarborough. Over his 16-year career at VNU/Scarborough, David has also held the positions of Manager of Financial Planning, Director of Financial Planning, VP of Financial Operations and ultimately Chief Financial Officer.

David has been instrumental in creating and maintaining many of the financial systems, databases and reporting structures that exist to help Scarborough's management team make decisions in a complex and fast-paced environment.

As leader of Scarborough's finance group, David works closely with his staff and the Scarborough Executive team to analyze and create new solutions and products for clients and prospects. He provides the financial representation for all Scarborough's partnerships and collaborative efforts with other companies.

David has his M.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College in New York, as well as a B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany. An avid sports fan, David is also the President of Youth Baseball of New Rochelle which serves more than 800 children in his community, where he resides with his wife and two sons.
