David Reifer
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

David Reifer directs all of Scarborough's financial operations. As leader of Scarborough's finance group, David works closely with his staff and the Scarborough Executive team to analyze and create new solutions and products for clients and prospects.

His professional career began in 1986 and shortly thereafter (1990) he joined Nielsen (then VNU), one of Scarborough's parent companies, as a Senior Financial Analyst. Since that time, David has held increasingly more responsible roles at both Nielsen and Scarborough. Over his 19-year career at Nielsen and then Scarborough, David has held the positions of Manager of Financial Planning, Director of Financial Planning, VP of Financial Operations and ultimately Chief Financial Officer. David has his M.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College in New York, as well as a B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.

An avid sports fan, David is also President of the board of Youth Baseball in his suburban NY town which provides year-round baseball and softball programs to more than 900 children in his community, where he resides with his wife and two sons.
