Mark Manders
SVP of Operations

Mark Manders is Senior Vice President of Operations at Scarborough Research. In this role, he oversees the company's efforts in the areas of media editing, all aspects of data processing/production, quality control and database production/reporting.

Over the course of his decades-long career at Scarborough, Mark has led many innovative core initiatives, such as updating Scarborough for the digital world through the establishment of web-based data analysis and data collection software. He also has streamlined Scarborough's production to accommodate the company's growth from 30 markets delivering once annually at the start of his career to over 100 markets including continuous measurement and biannual delivery in the Top Tier service today. In addition to his experience with qualitative consumer behavior measurement, in the past Mark also worked in the field of quantitative radio audience measurement with Birch Radio prior to its merger with Scarborough.

Always up for a challenge, Mark looks forward to continuing Scarborough's commitment to measurement, process and product improvement aimed at providing solutions to help clients harness the power of the explosion of consumer communication channels and thrive in an ever-evolving business environment.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in addition to a graduate certificate from the Dale Carnegie Course. A resident of South Florida, Mark has an unbroken record of attendance at University of Miami Hurricanes home football games going back to 1996.
