This former Fortune 500 CMO and marketing guru will present a keynote address about building and sustaining successful business relationships, using insights from his book, "NEVER EAT ALONE: And Other Secrets To Success, One Relationship At A Time." Keith will also present a breakout workshop on how to be a valued consultant to your clients and business associates.

Joshua Chasin is the Principal of Warp Speed Marketing, Inc., a consultancy providing services to marketers, media companies, and information providers. Josh is a 17-year veteran of Arbitron, Inc., and was also president of online research company Northstar Interactive. During his career, Josh has been directly involved in the development of audience measurement services for TV, radio, magazines, newspapers, the Internet, and out-of-home media. He has also designed various syndicated and custom media and marketing research studies, utilizing both online and offline research techniques. In his presentation, "Who's Your Generation?", Josh will discuss the different attributes of different generation groups that you need to know to more effectively target them with your marketing. In his breakout session, go deeper into generational insights and learn how to put these to work in your marketing plan.

Stephen Kim, Director of Media Research for MSN is responsible for leading the company's efforts to expand understanding of the effects of digital advertising. Stephen is presently Chair of the Internet Committee at the Media Ratings Council and Co-Chair of the Interactive Advertising Bureau's Research Council. Prior to joining MSN, Stephen was Chief Research Officer at Media Metrix, a provider of online audience panel measurement. Stephen's presentation, "Advertising in the New Technology Environment" will offer insight into the "new ad environment" and what this means for the media landscape.

Tim Daniel is Director of Noll & Associates' Organization Performance Group. Tim holds degrees in applied behavioral science and organizational psychology. He worked as a counselor and manager in large non-profit organizations for 15 years before becoming a full-time seminar presenter in 1991. Tim counts news organizations, and radio and television networks, sports teams and leagues and several Fortune 1000 marketers as his clients. An applied behavioral scientist, Tim's keynote presentation, "The New Nobility" will offer insight on the rare individuals who put something truly new into the world and before long the rest of us find ourselves thinking and living in new ways shaped by these people. Tim will also be presenting two breakout sessions. In the first he will discuss the principles and practices to create compelling presentations and the second will focus on overcomming common misconceptions."

As a leader in the marketplace, Perez works with reaching the Hispanic market and has an expertise in developing businesses that target younger, more affluent and acculturated Latinos. In his keynote "The Hispanic Market at the Tipping Point: From Niche to Mainstream", David will address the massive impact that the Hispanic market is having on American society. David will also present a breakout session on how to use Scarborough to better understand how Hispanic consumers live their lives.
